60 Days Prescription/Adaptation Guarantee Whether it is your first time using progressive lenses or you are upgrading to a new lens technology, if you are unable to use to the new lenses within a 60-day period, we will switch you into another lens design that is better suited for your lifestyle and refund you the difference (if any).
Doctor's Prescription Change If a change in prescription is found by our optometrist or by another optometrist within 90 days, we will replace the lenses at no cost (same lens or an upgrade at the cost of the client). If clients are a patient and have recently been seen by our optometrist, the appointment is free of charge (within a 6 month period from last visit).
One Year Frame Warranty (Manufacture's Defect) All frames purchased at Eye Station Optical that happen to break under non-intentional damage, we be replace free of charge within one year. (Damage incurred must be from a manufacturer defect – not due to neglect or improper care).
Lens Warranty (Manufacture's Defect) All lenses purchased at Eye Station Optical have a 1 or 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. This covers scratches (non-intentional), crazing (coatings breaking down before they should be), defects, or flaws found on the lens. (Any deep scratches or pit marks are not part of the warranty and may be subjected to a charge).
